Balcon de la Plaza is a historic 18th-century house, formerly the Town Hall of Moclin, located right on Plaza de España, the perfect starting point for exploring Moclin. It offers the opportunity to discover the town on foot.

The house has been completely renovated and is spread over four floors. On the fourth floor, you'll find a lovely terrace with magnificent views.

The house is equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests and is ideal for a few days' stay with family or friends. Free parking is available in the area next to the house.
