A deceptively spacious 3 bedroom house that surprises and delights in every corner. The roof terrace enjoys superb views over the surrounding countryside and towards Moclín Castle. This is a great base from where to enjoy hiking and cycling in the surrounding area, all year round.

The Space
The property is split-level. The main entrance is on the upper ground floor where you will find two of the bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite bathroom), the open-plan living room/kitchen and a separate dining room. The sunny roof terrace is accessible through the kitchen.

Ungated stairs lead from the living room to the lower ground floor and here you will find a winter sitting room with a wood-burning stove, the master bedroom and a shower room.
